NOS NIB Pope Holland Made 1950’s bottom D Getter. Amazing fidelity, holographic! Probably the very best sounding 6SN7 ever made other than the rare B65 metal base. they sound sooooo good, Very smooth mids, a little more air on top, and a very holographic soundstage. very detail, very natural sound, lively sound, very quite tube. you will definitely love it. They will give you a great degree of upgrade in your sound system.

It has a very,very nice overall balance and is fast, open and accurate. they do have a nice touch of euphonics, It does have the virtue of being the most uniformly quiet 6SN7 and consistent from sample to sample. In the U.S made 6sn7 category, these tungsol round plate black glass 6sn7 and sylvania 6sn7w metal base are the best U.S made 6sn7

imars are very sweet, lush sounding tubes. […] It should be noted that Brimars are also the quietest 6SN7. All in all, the CV1988 is a terrific tube. You turn to Brimars when you want a more euphonic sound. Strong bass, wide midrange and soundstage.

this might be one of the finest 6sn7. very detail, good mid vocal. beat some of the highly rated 6sn7.

Quiet and musical, the best of the non-military tubes. most mellow and have the most refined sound. Very smooth and airy up and down with a nicely detailed high end
tubes are tested on tv-7 tube tester use by U.S army and airforce where minimum good for 6sn7 is 50/50. strong start around 85/85
