New Concept for high quality home AV : Oppo BD players and ADAM Active Speakers.
Are you struggling with space to accommodate your High Quality 2-channel HIFI and AV needs? Are you swamped by the many cables and equipment needed to get both HIFI and AV right? Simple setup : Sound Affairs modded Oppo 103 player, directly driving to ADAM ARTist series full Active Speakers for 5.1 / 7.1. Perfect for small spaces.
Full performance high end setup using all Sound Affairs signature modified Oppo 105, benchmark DAC, BBE 882i and ADAM classic Active Speakers. Frequency and Phase compensated system. Can be easily integrated into your current Hi-end HIFI. Still slim and neat!
Some key points:
1. No AVR / Power Amp in the system for multichannel AV applications. Eliminates HEAT and saves plenty of SPACE!
2. Oppo BD Players (103/105) act as Centre of control for the HIFI/AV system:
a. Highest video quality assured with state of the art Video chipset.
b. Oppo multichannel analog outputs give better audio quality than AVR Pre-Outs (with Sabre 9018 chipset in 105).

c. HDMI inputs, USB inputs (for both storage devices like HDD, thumbdrive, and direct to P), DAC inputs, Ethernet connections to NAS system makes OPPO your true media centre.
3. Speakers are ADAM Audio True Active Speakers.
